That's Sick!!!
This term our class will be completing a book study on George's Marvellous Medicine by Roald Dahl. It's one of our favourite books at Athena and will lead into some fabulous pieces of work. The students will explore characters, plot, motives and emotions.

In Science the topic will be 'Digestion'. The students will look at the whole digestive system from the mechanical to the chemical, understanding the role 'enzymes' have to play in the process of digestion. There will be some exciting opportunities for practical experiments.

This term in Maths, there will be a focus on number to start with. We are ensuring that the pupils feel confident in all four operations and building on previous knowledge to secure understanding.
